Teacher Resources

In addition to developing the teacher educative resources for five middle school CS standards and the formative assessment resources for the standards, we also designed and delivered teacher professional development through a series of synchronous and interactive virtual sessions, one 2-hour session per standard. The PD sessions focused on familiarizing teachers with the developed resources and helping them gain proficiency on the focal middle school CS standards and formative assessment practices. The sessions were interactive with lots of opportunities to check for understanding, practice interpreting sample student responses, and plan for classroom implementation.
